  1. Since all orders are customized as per the customer’s requirement and are perishable in nature, refund on any cancellation is not possible on the same day.

 

  1. Refund or Cancellation, if available, is availed only in the cases of natural calamities and grievances.

 

  1. Orders are processed in time slots and we accept cancellation requests with reference to time slot selected by customer in order placed. Consider conditions stated below –

 

  • If the cancellation request comes to Jaya’s Cakewalk before 48 hours to the start of time slot selected – 10% of order value is charged as cancellation charges. 90% refund to Bank Account.

NOTE – 100% refund can be requested in Jaya’s Cakewalk wallet, where we waive off cancellation charges.

Refunds will not include tax, shipping charges, credit/debit card processing fee in any of the refund circumstances

 

  • If the cancellation request comes to Jaya’s Cakewalk between 36 – 48 hours before the start of time slot selected, then – 50% of order value will be deducted as cancellation charges. 50% refund to Bank Account.

NOTE – 100% refund can be requested in Jaya’s Cakewalk wallet, where we waive off cancellation charges.

  • If cancellation is request comes to Jaya’s Cakewalk within 36 hours to the start of time slot selected – 100% of order value will be deducted as cancellation charges. 0% refund to Bank account or 0% to Jaya’s Cakewalk wallet applicable.

 

In any of the cases above Wallet refunds and Bank refunds can be initiated only at the discretion of company considering the reasons of cancellation like unfortunate events, calamities or unavoidable circumstances. No claims to refund can be made by customer to overrule above stated clause.

 

  1. Cancellation of Order shall be mailed by the customer at info@jayascakewalk.com with the Subject: “Cancellation Request” and specifying in the mail:
  • Order ID, and
  • Reasons for Cancellation
  • Cancellation Requests will not be entertained unless intimated as specified 36 hours prior to time of pickup.

 

  1. Jaya’s Cakewalk is not responsible for any mistake in the details such as pickup date/time or any other incorrect details furnished in the website. In such case if order is not prepared because of the incorrect details provided by customer/representative thereof, payments made shall not be refunded.

 

  1. Refunds will not include tax, shipping charges, credit/debit card processing fee in any of the refund circumstances.

The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, and preparation time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid is fully refunded.

 

  1. Any complaints on the product quality / Website will fall under Delhi Jurisdiction.

 

  1. It is entirely up to Jaya’s Cakewalk’s discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer any other option to the customer.

 

  1. Jaya’s Cakewalk will issue a refund to the same card/account/medium through which you have made the payment in case of cancellation.

 

  1. All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

 

  1. For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 48 hours before pickup time.

 

  1. The product specifications (weight, size, colour, etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate and indicative. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the products finally prepared.

 

  1. In case we detect fraudulent behaviour, we are liable to cancel the order at our discretion and we will not be refund money in such cases.

 

  1. If the duplicate order with the similar details are placed, we will try to contact the customer, and in case of no response from the customer, we will process both the orders. Any argument risen after that will not be entertained.
